“In sterquilinus invenitur”

entry picture

Anything that takes you away from god is not right, Exit the fantasy, won’t you meet me by the waterfall, These distractions are worth less temptations, The truth was founded in filth, I got stood up at the big e, you know you know, those secrets crawl through any air vent, the unrighteous won’t advance, Michael Angelo, Michael Angelo, read this story, which picture do you see? Have you ever felt ambivalent about your future endeavors, the merry go round that is the universe is clever, I smile alot at the record store, many hours in the library, upperhill is my neighborhood, smile if you understand, things tend to spiral like the tornado of 2011, to me it’s how you use your brevity, remember the dirt on your feet, listen up to god when he speaks, I heard the trees shaking leaves, in the winter the northern birds leave, No other path could’ve been better for me, at last I get to see the vision shift, give adversity a hug even in the coldest wind, where else could it have been found?

I googled "in sterquilinus invenitur.” "In filth it is found" Something like the beauty in the weeds, perhaps. Or, unexpected joy arises from our sorrows, maybe. Really enjoy reading your poetry stories, Michael. They are like an interesting ride through the paths of thought, going this way and that, and yet they make sense, connections keep popping up! That subconscious is a keen observer...wonderful.

Reading this was like staring out of a window during a religious studies class, refreshing and rewardingly distracting.
