Let the River Flow

Letting go is the only way I will survive this,

when I grasp

I lose my grip,

when I desire

I get lost in my needs.

Oh, but letting go

creates openings,

when I let go I step into a field of expansion,

a field of flowers,

scent fills my senses,

a field of light,

hope rises each morning.

Letting go is letting in

all good things,

released--

a stream of peace,

an ocean of love.

Thanks Hélène, it’s always good to be able to let go, making room for more important stuff?
