Remember

We put ourselves in little boxes

We forget the matrix

We forget the oneness

We draw straight lines

Linear descendance

We forget the circles

We forget ascendance

Until one day

Things fall apart

Drastically apart

Profoundly apart

And we remember

We remember

And we fall into Love

Thanks for your interesting interpretation, Carlton! Re-reading this poem, it sounds vague and not very clear; when I wrote it, I think I was feeling how separated and conflictual we are (nations, families, etc.) and yearning for universal oneness through love. Something like that!

I like this very much Helene.

For me it symbolises how the journey into self can render a person isolated. Finding ourselves at last understanding love yet being outside of it. Having the greatest gift with no-one to share it with.

I appreciate this is my interpretation and love is many other things than could be imagined.
