Remember
We put ourselves in little boxes
We forget the matrix
We forget the oneness
We draw straight lines
Linear descendance
We forget the circles
We forget ascendance
Until one day
Things fall apart
Drastically apart
Profoundly apart
And we remember
We remember
And we fall into Love

Thanks for your interesting interpretation, Carlton! Re-reading this poem, it sounds vague and not very clear; when I wrote it, I think I was feeling how separated and conflictual we are (nations, families, etc.) and yearning for universal oneness through love. Something like that!
