On Neurodivergence (Inspired by Khalil Gibran)
And a seeker asked, “Tell us of Neurodivergence.”
And he said:
Your mind is the vast ocean,
where waves rise and fall with the rhythm of your thoughts.
It is the storm that churns the waters,
revealing depths unseen by the shores of conformity.
Just as the pearl forms from the oyster's irritation,
so too does your uniqueness arise from the world's friction against your spirit.
And if you embrace the wild currents of your mind,
your difference will shine like the moon on the sea,
a beacon guiding lost ships to safe harbor.
You are the prism through which light bends,
each color a facet of your soul,
and though some may only see the fractured rays,
know that within you lies the full spectrum of existence.
Much of your struggle is the forging of your own path.
It is the sacred dance of the universe within you,
a melody that only you can hear.
Therefore, trust in the rhythm of your being,
and move to the cadence of your soul in silence and peace.
For your steps, though they may seem erratic to the untrained eye,
are guided by the unseen hand of creation,
And the journey you walk, though it may feel solitary,
is the trailblazing of a new way for others to follow.
