To be able to pull on skinny jeans

Strut around as if I’m in my teens

Get the drinks in

When I’m in a bar

Make out that I’m filthy rich

When in reality, I don’t own a stitch

 
All I want is a new set of teeth

Like all those celebrities

With gold underneath 

Have thousands of followers

On Instagram and Twitter

Drink pina colada instead of bitter

 
All I want is to be a well known poet

To get books published

Have a trumpet and blow it

To announce to the world

That I’ve arrived

But that’s not going to happen

As my dream just died!
