Still Here

I thought, I had finally,

That, somehow, all that we shared were memories now.

But then I saw the moon, the flowers, the cloudy night sky and the moonlight falling on them.

Its funny, how there were a hundred different shades of black that night. And how the white flowers were so calm in the darkness that, hugged them. Before I could think of anything, my heart called out for you, as if wanting to show you the scenery I was looking at, or perhaps, complete the one I was standing in.

That was when I realized, I never moved on, I was standing right where I stood before, in front of you. Looking beyond you but not moving past you. Trying to block you from my view but, standing right there with you.
