to read between the lines

is a peculiar expression

make of it what you will,

a nod to higher intuition

or staring at blank walls,

once you find the words

though it becomes harder

to change your mind, then

if the lines begin to blur

you are not so sure where

the lines end and the spaces

in-between begin, you

become lost for words

and it is cold out there
