My father, who art in heaven

And filleth my life

Hallowed be thy name,

Thy kingdom come

Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven

May it take precedence over my heart’s desires

Give me this day my daily bread

And Take that that no longer serves me

Forgive me my sins as I forgive those who sin against me

Lead me not into temptation 

Temptation to revenge 

Temptation to close off, shut down and draw back

Temptation to stop loving

Deliver me from evil

The evil that searches for my heart with an aim of hurting and destroying

The evil that seeks to torment me with unholy thoughts

The evil that works to consume my mind with no triumph

For thy is the kingdom, the power and the glory, my life and my heart

Forever and ever
