"Fear's Thin Line"
We tread the fine line, between reason and despair,
Where fears that safeguard, give way to those that ensnare.
The jungle's snakes, a valid dread, a caution to abide,
But what of fears that shackle, and stifle our inside?
The night's dark shadows, a reasonable concern,
Yet, do we let it rule, and our freedom learn?
Or do we dare to challenge, the fears that hold us tight?
And risk the unknown, to live, to thrive, to ignite?
Some fears keep us small, in a prison of our mind,
A self-made hell, where doubts and anxieties entwine.
But we must learn to distinguish, between the valid and the vain,
And shatter the chains, that bind us to a life of pain.
