Making the right personal choices will keep you fit,

Take care of your body,feed and cherish it.

Take charge of your diet,eat well.

Stay active,only you can make both gell !!

 

Get enough sleep and choose to live better,

Sleep deprivation,is a path to illness and being a fretter.

Do not smoke,makes climbing stairs short of breath,

And is a major cause of disease and death !!

 

Happy are those conscious of their physical needs,

But for those taking the wrong routes my heart bleeds !!
