Blossom Avenue
I wandered lonely through the town
Feeling low and a little let down
As I turned a random corner uptight
My spirits were raised to my delight
An avenue of trees stood tall and proud
That made me want to shout out loud
Resplendent and dripping with blossom pink
My senses were pleasantly overloaded in a blink
On I strolled engulfed by intoxicating perfume
My pounding heart it suddenly went zoom
My troubles disappeared into thin air
As petals like confetti fell I didn't have a care
For now I will bid you adieu
But next spring I shall return to Blossom Avenue
