EASTER POEM A Foolish Man?

Surely the most foolish man ever was you-know-who

He had a nice safe job working with his dad

And a rent free life with all meals provided at home

His future was assured, he should have been glad

But no...what did he do?

He decided to have a gap year at age thirty

That got extended to three

He fell in with a dodgy crowd

A bunch of blokes he knew nothing about

Did he carry out any background checks on them?

No...so he could hardly shout

When one of them, fed up with being poor

Took the reward and shopped him to the Law
