Mysteries of the night

 Mysteries of the night

Sometimes night is better than day
When the supernatural comes out to play
It's a rush of sickening delight
As nothing is ever clear sight

There is always something to fear
As the slightest rustle you can hear
Things that look right suddenly seem wrong
And time extends from short to long

The night has a certain magic to it
Which no explanations it can fit
Maybe it shouldn't have a meaning
As the night can be very misleading

You look in the sky and see the moon and the stars
Wondering if there's more than just Venus and Mars
The nights are about questions that are unanswered
Tshe day is where the problems we had are mastered
