Spam, spam, not-so-wonderful spam
Many of you were surprised and alarmed last week to receive a message from a Senegalese spammer via Write Out Loud. The spammer had created two new profiles within our set-up before getting to work in sending out bogus emails. As Winston told you last week, those profiles have now been deleted.
But you’re right to be concerned – and so are we. While it’s difficult to prevent such attacks from time to time, particularly within a relatively small admin set-up such as ours, we take them extremely seriously. This is just to let you know we are working on it, and looking at various increased security options. We’re on the case!

Oh Chris P ... WELL DONE to you and you have such RAW and RARE talent and you certainly don't MINCE your words. I find all this SPAM rather hard to DIGEST. But two out of over nine hundred members is a POULTRY amount. I also find it hard to keep aBREAST of the tech world although we all need to gird our LOINS and KNUCKLE down to fighting this and not to CHICKEN out. If it gets iGNAWED we will be out of the PAN and straight in the FIRE. But enough of this TRIPE lets get BACK to composing GAMEs with words towards which we all have a LEANing...
