Through The Eyes Of a Child
The dancing shapes and bending light
Never fails to invite
Through the eyes of a child
We would be riding on rainbows
And dancing on clouds
Looking through the eyes of a child
Seeing beautiful sunsets
And new days dawning
I want to see through the eyes of a child
Seeing all possibilities for mankind
Not looking for a reason behind
If I could see through the eyes of a child
Too young, you think, to understand
The child is father of the man
What does a child see? When looking at the world.

Enjoyed this poem, too, Hazel, lovely idea to be able to see the world through the eyes of a child.
