The Well Warrington Network helps people with chronic illnesses in Warrington. We do our best to make people feel better with the work that we do. We would ideally like Health, Wealth and Happiness for everyone that we help, which is why we want you to write about being Healthy, Wealthy or Happy. What makes you happy? Would you like to be very, very rich? What makes you healthy? Write a story or poem on 1 side of A4 about one or all of them.

Poems and stories - one side of A4 

 

£5 per class of children or £1 per individual

Under 16 Rules [Make sure that your parent or guardian or teacher also reads these rules]

 

1.Your poem or story must be something to do with the theme 'Healthy, Wealthy, Happy' or one of those themes.

 

2. Write your poem or story on one side of one sheet of A4 paper only, and give it a clear title. 

 

3. Do not put your name on it. Only put your name on the entry form. 

 

4. Fill in your entry form and get your parent or guardian or teacher to sign it. 

 

5. Enclose a cheque for £1 if you are entering as an under 16 year old outside of your school, or £5 if you are a teacher entering a class of children.

 

Cheques should be made payable to The Well Warrington Network. 

 

6. Post it to The Well Warrington Network, 37 Landseer Ave, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6DH to be received no later than 22nd June 2012 . 

 

7. If you want to know that we have received your entry, you must include a postcard (with your name and address and the right stamp.) We will send this back to you straight away. If you want a list of winners include a Stamped Self Addressed envelope. 

 

8.Entries will not be returned, so please keep your own copy. 

 

9.Winners will be notified by July 13th.
