Manchester’s Blank Media Collective is asking emerging poets to consider submitting for a weekend masterclass with leading young poet Helen Mort. The deadline for submissions is 1 March. Blank Media Collective is running four masterclasses on literature, illustration, performance, and fine art at Blankspace, Hulme Street, Manchester. Mort’s class will be on 12-13 April. The class begins on Friday with an evening of discussion, Q&As and creativity that is free and open to the public, followed by a Saturday session that will give 10 selected writers the chance to work more closely with Mort.
