Michael Horovitz:seminal 60s poet and driving force behind "New Departures"
publishing, the Poetry Olympics live performance events the length &
breadth of the country, and the historic Wholly Communion at the Albert Hall
in June 1965 which included Allen Ginsberg, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Gregory
Corso, Adrian Mitchell, Harry Fainlight &
Christopher Logue. Michael
will be reading from his new work "A New Waste Land" and talking about his
involvement in the birth of performance poetry.
