JIGSAW
Barriers and fences,
Screens and strong shields.
Surrounding all from castle to field.
Keep strength without and weakness within,
Hold tight to your family,
And protect them from sin.
River and streams,
Deep loch and weir,
Fluid protection from terror and fear.
Fast flowing currents,
Deep eddy's and tides,
A cold clammy rock behind which you can hide.
Draw a line in the sand,
With a steady, firm hand.
Divide up your life,
And divide up the land.
Division of destiny,
Derision by mouth.
Unable to recover,
What has clearly gone south.
The pieces of a puzzle,
Testing will, worth and whit,
Trying hard to rebuild,
A picture that won't fit.
