Fate
Emotions trickle out as two worlds collide
Forces pulling at every muscle
Making you want to smile day in and day out
For the rest of your life
Butterflies beating softly against your stomach
Attempting to escape
Knowing if they build up any longer
He will know of your excitement and overwhelming happiness
There is this funny thing we call fate
A single invisible object
Intended to turn our world upside down
But for us to be unaffected by its constant movement
This thing we call fate
May sneak up behind our backs
And catch us off guard
The feeling is like the ocean waves quickly coming towards us
And we know of the waves' great strength
That can and will knock us off of our gentle feet
Yet we allow it to come with open arms
Knowing that we have the reassuring softness of the sand
To break our fall
They say we will know when this thing we call fate hits us
I have yet to experience this tragic yet amazing fall
Towards a world-changing experience
That if nourished and cherished every day
Can be the most magical thing that has touched my life

Dreaming is a good thing, on the whole. This does sound like a self-fulfilling prophecy, or movie scenario with all the 'effects' predetermined. The fateful fall actually can be as dynamic as you conceive, but it's always wise to take a deep breath if it hits.
Sand, actually, at the point of strong waves, is as hard as rock
