BBC's The Verb on lookout for new northern voices
Last year Wigan poet Louise Fazackerley - pictured at Write Out Loud in Huddersfield - was one of the winners. This year Verb New Voices 3 is again looking for four artists based in the north of England who would like to make a new, eight-minute piece of work for BBC radio. Part of the commission will include spoken word or written narrative. The broadcast on BBC’s The Verb may be a short piece or an excerpt from a longer project.
