Black and White Police Expectations

We just ask for respect
   not for being suspect.
Forget about statistic
   start being realistic.
We ask for proportion
     not for corporation.
We need to fight with words
    no reason to use swords.
Certainly we are Black
    like you are White,
    but the world is not black and white.

A perspective quite troublesome.
Policeman you have become
   with a firm and clear voice
You have made your choice.

Everyday make the Right one
            not just the White one
