A New Beginning

In this life there are many paths,

some of them may lead you to the past.

It is like a never ending spiral,

Love to me has never been so vital.

 

Why do I return to the past?,

A thousand years of darkness, I see a light at last.

It gets brighter every step I take,

After all, there is a decision I have to make.

 

Why are the hardest thing and the right thing the same?

Everything is being controlled by fear and shame.

Wondering when this will end,

I begin to find myself once again.
