Old & New
Shuttles soar with seemingly unprecendented motion.
The children's eyes gaze to the floor.
The ground is green and brown and yellow.
The world below cannot bellow.
Bellow whole-heartedly,
Sing and hum its' tune.
A melody, sweet melody.
A rotation for all of you.
Its' sweet chillness pressed against the nostrils,
Its' gentle warmth against the skin.
Allow the gaze of the star above,
Keep you calm and calm 'till end.
Gone, gone away.
The world is not what it used to be.
Pried open wide and deep,
The world gone and a rock formation lives.
Volcanic matter seeps above,
The world crumbling at the feet.
Come, come, the shuttles above.
Take us away from thee.
Shuttles soar with seemingly unprecendented motion.
The children's eyes gaze to the floor.
The ground is green and brown and yellow.
The world below cannot bellow.
No longer bellow.
No longer sing.
The dying world,
Left to die in agony.
Its' cry is loud,
And hits my heart.
A piercing jab,
A feeling never forgot.
You'll remember it well,
The world torn in many places.
Look ahead now,
You are the Mason.
To move beyond
The origins you once stood in.
The world you live in,
Now lives within.
