Funny sometimes how life proceeds,

Tangled emotions control our deeds,

Selfish, proud, lust and greed,

Discriminate, misjudge, materialistic in-deed!

 

Control the mind, the evil within

Desire is the cause of grievance, sin.

Content, with what you have is the key,

Contempt, the downfall of humanity!

Condemn the thoughts that emerge through wrath

Convince the mind, let wisdom show the path

Conflict, Humans are all the same,

Races, religions, bring us shame

You have the same hands, which brought them fame

Your mind that divides plays a dangerous game.

 

No law, no rule, there is to say

Discriminate, it’s a heavy fine you’ll pay

Cast, creed, colour and race

It’s in your mind, you have the same face.

 

What makes them say, ‘we are different,

We are greater, no need to repent’

The land is green, the ocean is blue,

Which of the two is greater for you?

Colour of the people keeps us locked in hate

Realize, we are to seal our own fate

Unite and we shall stand, Divide and we shall fall

We all are coloured, but the same heart beats in us all!

 

A mystery, why people don’t understand

Together is the way we should make our last stand!

Money doesn’t matter, what matters is love

Love for all, we can reach even the stars above!

 

Fraternity, today is rarely found

Anger, fear is with what our life’s bound.

Remember, every species has their end

It’s not yet late, there’s a chance to mend

No Hindu, no Muslim, no Christian are we,

We’re Humans; our race is Humanity-in the end.
