That selfish lover
Have you ever noticed
Have you ever learned
Did it take you long to see
Did it take you long to flee
The more you gave
The more they took
and when you stopped
you got an angry look
How they loved you
so they said
How they smiled
cause you were good in bed
But do not give them any more
Then you see them getting sore
Then their love it turns to hate
Oh how much pain you have to take
They do what they like to hurt you
But fall short of perfection and they turn on you
All their smiles melt away
to be replaced with dismay
Soon you see the truth
Soon they give you the proof
That how they described you as bad
Is really how they are and that’s sad
So the truth about them is out
Go away your bad they shout
Till in your room alone
you still sit and think you should phone
