Love needs a reason ?

Somethings have no reason
Love can catch u in any season

I care for u .. no words can describe
It does hurt , no medicine u can prescribe

Feelings cannt be measured
The moments v spent together can only be treasured

Whatever v feel is not mutual
U ask me for a logic which is conceptual

I repeat

Somethings donot have a reason
Love can catch u in any season

I can only see a question in ur eyes
Sweetheart Its only d other face of the dice

May be , Me and u are standing on d same bridge.

But , its deeper than the deepest ridge.

well yes, you should write that one too Krati. One little Write Out Loud tip - if you want people to see, read and maybe comment on your poems it's advisable to put just one or two on each day otherwise they quickly get lost in the system. Enjoy.

My birdies are only cardboard cut-outs - and digital ones at that!!

hey colin ,
This is my first blog and i am just trying to compile my writings here .
I will keep a note of the u's and v's and the d's . I typed this poem in the form of an sms , and thats why you see this.
Just a thought struck me through , how would it be , if there are 2 friends , one falls in love with the other , and the other doesnt and the first one is afraid to speak up , coz he or she might loose the most precious thing in the world .
So ya...
The bunnies sat quietly on my shoulders ?

hey Krati - I really like this - especially 'Somethings have no reason, Love can catch u in any season' - very lyrical.

And personally I don't mind the u's and v's and ur's but not so keen on the d's - a little curious as to how you wrote this initially?
