Love, Freedom and Forgiveness in Concert
Here we go again, an insane act of senseless terror.
Loved ones taken away from us. But love should never die. Neither should our ability to forgive.
And hatred should never dominate our values.
The young fans came to watch their idol Ariana.
He came to wreck lives, including his own.
His idol was different from theirs.
His ideals clashed with their love for music.
This is not the end they expected.
This is not how the curtain should fall on innocent lives.
Some of Ariana’s hit singles emerge as no coincidence:
The Way
Problem
Break Free
One last Time
Put your Hearts Up
The celebrated Arena is now tarnished with crime.
But it will come back to life. So will Manchester.
Musicians and dancers and actors will light up the stage again.
Its open doors will serve to open hearts and minds.
It will not allow one man to silence its freedom.
It will not supress the city’s liberty to celebrate life.
Let’s not give people him the luxury of despising them.
Our show must go on.

That flourish of red lippies were so timely Rose. Curative actually. Especially after that unpleasant phone call just after I settled down to eat.
See there is a psychic side to you.
