The fat beneath your chin is not a sin, the fact your not happy in your own skin is the perfect place to begin. 

Thin doesn't define you, yourself will never find you, all the while we hide from our true value.

Size is judged differently through different eyes, this should not come as a surprise, look inside to find your true beauty, look not at muscle size or "booty", speak truthfully, nothing is beneath you, you know if its true, by the honour that is carried and good things that we do.  

Fitness and mental health required moving, not sitting on the sofa or a shelf, be good to ones self, be courteous of everyone else, a smile is the reward, life's no competition with points to be scored.
