Seldom are the
dark moments
recorded
As I age I find comfort in that
Better to let ugly experiences
rest in bad dreams
For that is what they feel like...
not real
Such a gift that is for those
who know how to let go
of their nightmares
and cling to sweet memories.

Love that response. Yes tears do tend to fall once the spot light is off of us. Hate that but so true
Nice poem. Letting go is so hard but necessary. Its the beautiful sunrise after a nightmare that urges us to hope for better.

The sun sees us masked
Its the moon who sees us unveiled...
