Very open and honest.
These are words I have spoken to my loved ones at times this past 12 months as life has become tough and the mind weak.
Hope is again dawning and the real love is showing once more.

Hi Hazel, these are words I have used to express my love to those closest to me. Saying and meaning one thing but expressing it in another contradictory way.
However, I like the idea of seeing it as a poem to self - of learning to love oneself again even when some aspects are not always loveable.
