The Poetry Collection Award aims to provide a platform for new voices in poetry. The winning author will have his or her poetry published with Cinnamon Press, and receives a prize of £100.
The Short Story Award is open to new and published authors. The first prize for a story of between 2,000 and 4,000 words is also £100 and publication; and up to ten runners-up stories are also published in the winners’ anthology.
The Novel or Novella Award aims to encourage new authors, and to enable them to achieve a first publication in this genre. The winning author has his or her first novel published by Cinnamon Press, as well as a prize of £400. The four runners-up also receive a full appraisal of their novel.
