IRON Press is looking for new humorous poems to include in an anthology of new comic verse. They are looking for poems which are either published after 1990, or are unpublished. As well as inviting submissions, IRON Press will also be looking in recent collections, poetry magazines - anywhere, in fact, that there might be a humorous poem.

This isn’t a competition though, there are no prizes, but those poets whose work is included in The IRON Book of New Humorous Verse, will receive a small payment, a copy of the book, and the opportunity to read at launch events.

Your poems must be submitted by post only, postmarked on or before 31^st March 2010, and enclosing an S.A.E. You can submit up to four poems, and publication is planned for October 2010.
