Darkness is a force we fear.

It hides in the most obvious of places,

Yet it hides in places we can't reach.

 

Light is a force we cherish.

It is everywhere you look,

Yet it easily hides from our eyes.

 

It is a never ending battle.

Sometimes the light wins,

Sometimes the darkness wins.

 

But remember,

There is always a shinning light within the darkness

As there is always a flicker of shadows within the light.

 

Sometimes it depends on the person.

One could cherish the light and shun the darkness

Or one could cherish the darkness and shun the light.

 

It is a never ending battle,

Light against the Darkness.

The winner depends on the spectators.

They either let the darkness win,

Or they let the light win.

 

We are the spectators.

We are the ones who have watched these battles.

We are the ones who choose the victor of each battle.

We have yet to choose who wins the war,

But that is only determined by us as a whole.

 

So choose.

Who will win?

Light,

Or the Darkness.
