A tribute to Moms- On Mother’s Day

Mom does it all

Sometimes I wonder how strong is the Mom

She does it all from regular household chores or her office’s work

From cooking food, cleaning up kitchen or if it is laundry works

Mom does it all...

Don’t get tired as she don’t want others to feel that she is weak

It has been ingrained in her that if she seeks help from anyone

She will be treated as weak on every front

 

Once new baby arrives, her responsibility maximize

From diaper changing and sleepless nights

Mom used to face it all alone with a smile 

She is one who arranges the best child care for her kid when she used to be at work

If kid gets sick, she is the only one who is at home to take care

She is the one who chooses to stay home and give up her career

For raising her children and manage her houshold

She is one who is taking care of household’s budget, taking care of house and planning meals for family as a whole

She does it all very efficiently

From taking care of kid’s homework or if it is to attend most school related events

Mom does it all without any assistance

Her contributions towards family is more than any other in family

Its our society stereotype that

Moms are burdened with majority of household work and child rearing responsibilities

 In addition to their full time office jobs, she manages everything to the best of her ability

The moms who are working or who are staying at home

Every Mom should be appreciated with their iconic role
