Ready for Your Close-Up?

Have you ever had a good idea for a film? ..... perhaps even your own life-story, or maybe just an interesting event from it? But how do you go about turning that idea in to a workable film script?

Primary Creations have been running very successful scriptwriting courses for the past four years, and their latest – An Introduction to Scriptwriting for the Screen, starts on Tuesday, 2ndFebruary.

By the end of the six week evening course (7.30pm – 9.30pm) you will have written your own 10 minute short film, and will have a clearer idea about structuring and developing a sound script.

You don’t need to have written before as you will be led, step by step, through the basic principles, including Dialogue, Character, Formatting, and Structure; but as places are limited you are advised to book as soon as possible. The groups are deliberately kept small so that everybody can get the most from the experience.

The course is at the Dancehouse Theatre in Manchester and costs £49.50 for the entire programme.

To book your place, or for more information please email primarycreations@yahoo.co.uk or call 07857 906014, and who knows  .... you could be the next Cecil B.de Mille, or even another Paul Blackburn!
