Pandiculation!

O Coveted Pandiculation

I just wonder, we have forgotten to pandiculate

Our mind needs to stimulate

Gone were the days when we woke up in the morning

No time for stretching body accompanied with yawning

Today we are in rat race

No scope to take rest

Busy life with so many tasks at a time

 

Running in a race where no victory and defeat to face

Those creatures are better who are living amongst us on four legs

Used to pandiculate as and when they get chance

 

A kid can be seen stretching arms and legs

On mother’s lap

When they wake up in the morning

And start their day with full of energy

To dazzle everyone with their cuddly talks

And naughty acts which is enough to take one’s breath

 

We used to yawn when we are idle and getting bored

To indicate everyone that our alertness is fading away

 

We yawn with an attempt to reach all corners of the world

While opening our mouths as wide as we can

Yawning is contagious

Unifies us

With the rest of our species as well as

Those who living with us with two claws or four legs
