Like dark stars

Like the atoms our bodies are composed of

Black holes live

And challenge our stupid linear views

Of time and space

Even flummoxing the quantum physicists 

Who claim to know and (even) understand.

If scientific knowledge & understanding were a beach

Full of sand,
