What’s more important than ambience

and mood, at a point where your about

to eat gourmet food?

What’s more confusing than legal jargon

When you’re trying to increase that profit margin?

 

The red tape and rules are surely for fools

In this day and age,

where like minded people

are on the same page,

and those that are not, just don’t give a jot

about what is important and what is not.

 

What’s more important than fish with chips

or a nice country walk when out in the sticks

Clean fresh air and a chance to compare

life in the town, with green field or brown

where planners decide where more people reside.

 

What’s more dramatic than a soap or two

With lots of storylines for me and you

What used to be about lost sheep

or a milk stout in the snug

Has now given way to murders and drugs

What’s more important?
