You're breeding too fast

I can't sustain you

Try as I might

Don't know what to do

 

You plunder my being

Much more than you need

Show some restraint

Just stop all your greed

 

and the earth sighed...

 

You're abusing my being

Turn after turn

Always polluting

When will you learn?

 

I'm trying to provide

A place for you all

To enjoy life with me

But you keep building walls

 

and the earth sighed...

 

We can't live in isolation

You're feeling my wrath

We must work together

To survive, you, me, both

 

When will you wake up?

Stop angering me

Help fix up our problems

And live happily?
