WOULD BE WRONG

WOULD BE WRONG

don't be
confused
by my love
for you
if you wanna
say goodbye
that's just
fine
called us birds
of a feather
said we'd always
be together
but i've learned
to never
say never
it's just
as well
put each other
through hell
promise things
will change
next day's
the same
why play
this game
ready to turn
the page
read from
a script
record that
skips
nothing but
a verse
that's been
well rehearsed
more and more
it seems
go to sleep
angry
a cold
dark cloud
hangs over
us now
don't wanna
see it end
but then
again
to keep
hanging on
would be
wrong
