See

 

In this world that we see,

It may not all be real,

The illusions and gimmicks,

Are all part of the spiel.

 

Repetition is normalised,

It’s the nine to five grind,

But thats just a way,

To keep the rest of us all blind.

 

We are stuck in a world,

That doesn’t want us to see,

The injustice and the cruelty,

That has been manipulated for humanity.

 

The rich are getting richer,

The poor will die young,

Because our healthcare and government,

Are all too high strung.

 

People need to lift their heads,

From their phones and devices,

And see that we have a choice,

Even amongst all their vices.

 

In this world we need to see, 

We need to open our eyes,

To all that we can do,

If we don’t feed into there lies.
