Special Thanks to all who read this.

Adriana I'm glad it made you smile ?

Jason I really appreciate your kind comments. Online dating isn't a hobbie of mine but it makes for some humorous pieces in my imagination ?

Hugh I like that work out gym, play on words. Post it as a main one day.

Don you suit that dress...not sure about the shoes though ?

Blind date

She asked her blind date to meet her at the gym.
But he never showed up,she was never to see him.
Without any doubt,
Things didn't work out.

Great poem Ruth. Quite honestly, if I became suddenly single again after such a long time I have absolutely no idea what I'd do. My generation found dates in what is now apparently, the, "Old fashioned way," of actually talking to people face to face. I think I'm old enough now to say bugger it, seen it, done it, got the t-shirt and am choosing not to wear it.?

The two chairs were empty,
But out there,there are plenty,
More for him or her to find,
Hopefully someone loving and kind.
Sadly Cilla is no longer there,
She would have found someone for each chair.
