A friend of mine after he had left his wife,

Thought about having a change in his life.

He decided on a pet that was completely unique,

He'd had a rabbit,a dog and a parrot that could speak.

 

He decided on a monkey thought that would be fun.

So ordered one in a rush,the deal was done.

It came to the house the size of a small dog,

Lay at the bottom of his bed,slept like a log.

 

Time went by didn't see him for a year,

We decided to meet for a chat and a beer.

When I saw him he was not the man he used to be.

He was tired shaking,looked ill to me.

 

"Well remember the monkey I bought a year ago,

For the last twelve months he did nothing but grow.

Kicked me out of the house into the garden shed,

I 'd bought a GORILLA,it now sleeps in my bed!"
