How do we improve our mental wellbeing?
To follow,a few reasons worth reading.
Eating raw fruit and veg can ease stress,
Releasing endorphins fighting distress.
Exercising is a key to give our mood a lift,
Creating happy hormones ,a precious gift.
Taking us away from stress and pain,
Replacing gloom and sorrow with a smile again.
Sleep is essential after a day of strain,
A restorative function to recharge the brain.
Allowing the natural rhythm of the body to be reset,
Keeping insomnia away, really is a safe bet.
Feeling good on the inside is a key to mental well being,
Far more valuable than what on the outside we are seeing.
Focus on how we feel not on how we look,
Concentrate on the content, not on the cover of your book.
