There will be 20 workshops and 40 events at Poetry in Aldeburgh, a weekend festival of poetry, story and art by the sea with 100 poets, artists, music makers at venues around the town. It’s from 8-10 November, with all readings and performances in the Peter Pears Gallery or Jubilee Hall free on Friday 8 November. Poetry in Aldeburgh, which staged its first festival in 2016, is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to build on the heritage of 30 years of poetry festivals on the Suffolk coast. Full details
