Interpretation: The three of wands is a card that indicates that your ships have come in and the rewards of hard work is to come. This card indicates a good business venture and success at that. This is a card that tell the seeker has a grasp of the future and the things needed for growth and success. Your plans are active and thriving and you have reached a milestone in your life, but there is still more hard work to do.

This card also indicates that you do have the co-operation and support from those around you and you have it in you to succeed at whatever you put your heart and mind to. You have your Will and passion planted firmly behind you and the future looks bright ahead.

The man in this card shows that he is of a high statue and is very well looked after. He has success in his life and the strength within to maintain that success.

Reversed: The reversed three of wands indicates that the circumstances are not developing the way you had hoped. Perhaps you are not receiving the help and support from those around you and perhaps you should step but and understand why that is. Maybe you have set your sights to high and your goals are unrealistic, especially if you are not putting in the hard word that is need to achieve your desired goals. Perhaps you and your partner in the situation are not reaching for the same things any more so this card advises that you go reassess your original plans and partnerships and take control of your life. You cannot expect success if you are not willing to compromise and put in the effort to succeed.
