Meanwhile you can experience the village’s poetry buzz every month at Marsden library. Marsden Write Out Loud meet there on Wednesday 20 November for another evening of open-floor poetry, with everyone welcome to read their own poems, someone else's, or just come and listen. Entry is £2, and it starts at 7.30pm. More details and Map
PS Simon Armitage will be reading at St Bartholomew’s church, Marsden on Friday 29 November, at 7.30pm. The event, as you might imagine, is already sold out!
