And so this is the truth

We care not for the World

But the World we ourselves live in

 

Telling me you love me makes me feel good

Telling me lies hurts my feelings

Telling me the truth makes me suspicious

 

To the public the press reveals the truth

To the press the public look for the truth

To the press and the public the truth is hidden

 

A politician is regarded as an honest person 

They are representatives of their electorate 

Reliable for telling neither lie nor truth

 

And the truth is this

The world can be our playground

But consequences follow misbehaviour
