Wondering what went wrong

Was I blessed or punished for some fault of mine

Is this a preplanned joke cracked upon my face

Left with wounds that not even time can ever heal

Stranded on a lonely ship with no directions to give

I'll wait still and ever still I shall go on waiting for rest of my life

Wondering if it gives some kind of thrill when tears from my eyes spill
